For Anxiety / Stress / Depression, most people will use 1200mg of Isolate of Full Spectrum CBD Oil. You could use 500mg if your tolerance is low, but 500mg is what we give to dogs, and some of them need multiple doses.

For most people, they take the CBD orally by using a full dropper (1ml) under their tongues for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. Usually, in 10 minutes, their Anxiety is gone. If your tolerance is high, we recommend you use a higher-strength oil.
